Hi, I’m Lizzie, an Accredited Dietitian & Sports Dietitian. As a Gut health & Performance focused dietitian, I am dedicated to providing personalized nutrition advice and detailed nutrition meal plans, based on your physiological needs, lifestyle, Exercise, preferences & health goals. I believe healthy and balanced eating habits doesn’t need to be complex nor highly restrictive, which is why I'm here to help simplify it for you.
