Every plan is tailored to your lifestyle, training demands, health concerns, and goals — with practical strategies and measurable goals you can realistically maintain.

  • Lizzie will ask you questions about your health, lifestyle, training, and eating habits

  • Review of relevant blood tests (if available)

  • Practical nutrition education and personalised advice you can actually use

  • Optional 3-day food diary before or after we meet for a complete nutrient anlaysis (calories, micro and macronutrients)

Step 2: Your Personalised Nutrition Plan

Sent within 5 business days

You’ll receive a nutrition plan that will support your nutrition goals and help you feel confident with your eating patterns, which may include:

  • Meal and snack ideas (with recipes)

  • A simple grocery guide

  • Portion size support (no weighing required)

  • Practical meal planning tips

  • A daily nutrition structure

  • Training-fuel support and nutrition periodisation (if relevant)

  • Communication to your healthcare/coaching team if applicable (consent required).

Step 3: Check-In & Adjust

Usually 2–4 weeks later

  • A 30-minute follow-up consult

  • We check what’s working, what’s not, and tweak things as needed

  • Space to ask questions and build confidence with food
